The easiest and fastest way is to place a new order for the exchange item and start a return for refund.

We usually process refunds the same day the item is received back to the warehouse. If that doesn't work, just shoot us an email and we're happy to sort it out.

We keep it simple. Return any product for any reason for up to 45 days from purchase.

US - $9 USD to cover return shipping and handling. No restock fees.

International - Buyers responsible for return shipping. No restock fees.
